GharPramaan Infratech LLP is a technology company incorporated in 2026 and headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We build digital infrastructure for the Indian construction industry — starting with our flagship platform, GharPramaan, a construction transparency and project management tool purpose-built for real estate developers and their teams.
We are a small, focused company with a clear mission: to bring accountability and professionalism to the way construction projects are managed and communicated in India.
Why We Built This
India’s residential real estate market runs on trust — and that trust is frequently broken. Homebuyers commit their life savings to under-construction properties and receive almost no structured visibility into what is happening on site. Builders face constant enquiries, disputes, and reputational damage — not always because they are doing something wrong, but because there is no reliable way to show that they are doing things right.
We built GharPramaan to solve both sides of that problem.
For builders, it is a platform to document every stage of construction with verified evidence, manage milestones and payment schedules, coordinate with site engineers, and communicate progress to homeowners — all in one place.
For homeowners, it is a window into their investment. Real progress. Real photos. Real accountability.
